Goods Send Out From China Warehouse

Used by Express(DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT),you may need to pay the customs Duties at your local country. When the goods arrive,the Express staff will contact you to ask you to pay for the custom duties. Each country is different. You can call the local custom office to check it.

Customs Returned

If the goods already arrived at the local country customs, due to the client not paying for the customs duties,the goods were arranged back to China. We will not arrange to ship out again for the goods unless the client makes payment again for new one.
